Hey My Loves, Thank you for tuning in today. In today’s episode, I will be sharing with you some inspiration on overcoming, anxiety, stress and low mood. I decided to read you the start of my own book . I want others to recognise that a holistic approach to your health (i.e lots of different things not just one), is what will allow you to feel empowered and live a life you love. I share some of my approaches and also my history of depression, anxiety and ill health. This episode will give you insight to what is possible. That natural healing is available.
