A beautiful meditation class using essential oils as a tool to enhance your practice. Assist in connection, relaxation. Leaving you feeling calm, connected and joyous. Working through this session will will Anchor, Align and Arise sharing breathing, guided practices and blissful oils. Finished off with some yummy nourishing snacks and herbal teas.
