Chakra Balancing Meditation and Make: During this session we will look to balance our bodies mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually through breathwork, meditation, essential oils, and crystals. We will be making our own chakra balancing rollers to take away. Price includes teas, snacks, and all essential oils and supplies needed to make your roller. I will guide you through which essential oils may support you and why. All essential oils, and everything you need will be provided. We will have plenty time to connect with others, have some nourishing herbal teas and homemade snacks too. Please reach out with any questions. Cancelation Policy

Events and Classes: Unfortunately once booked no refund can be given. You can however pass your space or ticket onto a loved one or friend or I can support you in adverting/selling your space. 1 to 1 Sessions: For cancellations please contact me directly by phone or email 48 hours in advance of the session. No refund will be given to those who do not adhere to this Cancellation Policy however at my discretion depending on the circumstances you may be able to roll over your session to another time.
