One to One Meditation Coaching

Service Description

During this session we work to support you in building a consistent practice that fits in with your daily life. You will also experience stress relief, calm and learn new life skills. I pride. myself on being able to support any one to find the right style of meditation practice to support them. We can look to support you through a current theme or time in life.

Cancelation Policy

Events and Classes: Unfortunately once booked no refund can be given. You can however pass your space or ticket onto a loved one or friend or I can support you in adverting/selling your space. 1 to 1 Sessions: For cancellations please contact me directly by phone or email 48 hours in advance of the session. No refund will be given to those who do not adhere to this Cancellation Policy however at my discretion depending on the circumstances you may be able to roll over your session to another time.
